Short answer
Possible remedies include performance, an additional period, withdrawal or damages where conditions are met. Objective impossibility, temporary delay and culpable breach are not identical.
Practical example
A supplier will deliver late. Whether the agreed date was decisive for the customer affects the need to allow more time.
What to do
Compare promises with performance, notify the breach in writing and retain loss evidence. Assess cure periods and exceptions. Check whether suspending your own reciprocal performance is lawful before doing so.
Legal basis
Georgian Civil Code — Articles 361, 394, 400, 405, 407. Checked on 28 October 2026. The outcome depends on the contract, facts and evidence.
