1. Who processes the data

The data operator is Enterprise Legal Studio LLC, identification code 404686826, brand YURFIRMA.

2. What data we may receive

Name, surname, login, citizenship, phone number, email address, date of birth, actual address, content of the request, information from the ID card, passport and other documents provided, consultation and payment information, service history and correspondence in your personal account, as well as technical data necessary for the safe operation of the site.

3. What is the data used for?

To respond to requests, make a preliminary assessment of the issue, provide agreed services, organize consultations, issue and record payments, fulfill legal obligations, ensure security and analyze the operation of the site.

4. Cookies, Google Analytics and Google Ads

Necessary cookies are used to make the site work. Only with the visitor's permission, Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads receive technical and statistical information about visits, pages, referral sources and actions on the site. WhatsApp and phone clicks and successful consultation bookings are measured separately. The client's name, phone number, email, request content and documents are not included in these events.

Analytics and ad storage are disabled by default, while ad personalisation remains disabled after consent. The visitor's choice is saved in the browser. After clearing the site's browser data, the visitor can choose again.

5. Documents and confidentiality

Files are accepted via secure upload to your personal account and are not published on the site. The client sees and downloads only his own documents. Administrator access is used to provide the service, check and transmit the result. Only the administrator can delete files from the account; a request for deletion can be sent to the contacts listed below.

6. Personal account and messages

A secure platform identification is used to log in. YURFIRMA does not receive or store the password for this account. Actions in the account are associated with the logged in user ID. Correspondence is saved within the selected service and is available to the client and the authorized administrator.

Consent to receive news is separate and voluntary. You can give it during registration and change it at any time in your personal profile. Refusing news does not limit the receipt of legal services.

7. Transfer to third parties

Data may be shared with infrastructure and analytics providers, payment providers, translators, notaries or other participants in the agreed service, and government agencies where required by law.

8. Storage period and user rights

The data is stored no longer than necessary for processing purposes and mandatory accounting periods. The user may request information, correction or deletion of data within the limits of applicable law.
