Client accountWhatsAppLegal assistance in Georgia in Russian
First we define the goal, urgent deadlines and evidence. Then we offer a proportionate format: consultation, document preparation, negotiations or full support of the case.
Three levels of assistance
We choose the minimum sufficient amount of work that really moves the client towards the result.
Legal assessment, risks, documents and sequence of independent actions.
An agreement, claim, statement, conclusion, response or agreement tailored to your situation.
Strategy, documents, communications, negotiations, presentation and representation to the agreed extent.
Main directions
If the issue combines several areas, we formulate a single plan and do not force the client to coordinate different performers on their own.
We analyze the facts, documents, applicable law, deadlines, risks and possible ways to achieve the goal.
We record the issue, legal assessment, arguments, limitations and recommended action plan in a clear document.
We find one-sided conditions, gaps, hidden risks, weak guarantees and propose specific changes.
We create a text for a real transaction: subject, payment, terms, responsibility, termination and dispute resolution.
We formulate a legally precise requirement, evidence, deadline and position for pre-trial settlement.
We prepare a position, acceptable concessions and a draft agreement, and conduct coordinated communications with the other party.
We check the basis, documents, deadlines, assets and choose the route from claim to trial and execution.
We analyze the prospect, evidence, jurisdiction, requirements and organize representation according to the agreed instructions.
Decisions of participants, powers of the director, shares, conflicts of partners, contracts and registration changes.
Documents, agreements, inheritance and family property issues - after an individual verification of the situation.
We check the decision or action of the body, the appeal procedure, deadlines and the required set of evidence.
After receiving the writ of execution, we accompany the appeal and actions in enforcement proceedings.
Before choosing a strategy
A strong position does not start with a long reference to the law, but with the right facts, evidence and an achievable goal.
What practical result does the client need, and not just what document does he want to receive?
What happened, who was involved, what promises and actions can be confirmed.
Agreements, correspondence, payments, acts, decisions, audio, photos and other acceptable materials.
Contractual dates, appeal period, limitation period and the next action that cannot be missed.
Who is the proper party, where is he located, what powers and assets are known.
Is it possible not only to obtain a decision or agreement, but also to achieve actual execution.
Deadlines cannot be restored by promise
The date of the hearing, the expiration of the response, appeal, payment, or statute of limitations periods can completely change the available strategy. Don't wait until all the documents are collected: give an urgent date first.
Need priority check →Prevent dispute
We check the subject, authority, price and calculation, terms, acceptance, guarantees, liability, termination, applicable law and dispute resolution.
Send the contract for reviewFrom requirement to result
The stages do not always occur sequentially. Sometimes you need to immediately go to court or enforce a claim; Sometimes the best results come from a quick agreement.
We fix the requirement and create space for voluntary compliance or reasonable agreement.
The parties, with the help of a registered mediator, seek an agreed solution through private or judicial proceedings.
We determine the requirements, the competent authority, evidence, interim measures and the procedural route.
The writ of execution is presented in the prescribed manner; then the actions provided for by law are monitored.
Before the start of a dispute, we evaluate known assets, the location of the debtor and the future feasibility of the result.

The claim sets out the requirement, grounds, evidence and deadline for execution. It can help resolve a dispute, fulfill a pre-trial contractual order, or prepare a position for further proceedings. It is not necessary or useful for every case.
Sometimes the debtor fulfills the demand after negotiation, claim, acknowledgment of debt or agreement. Special procedures are also possible if a suitable document is available. If there is no voluntary execution, we evaluate the judicial and subsequent enforcement route.
We evaluate the applicable law, provable facts, deadlines, jurisdiction, the position of the other party, the cost of the process and the likelihood of actual execution. An honest assessment may include a recommendation not to start a dispute or to gather more evidence first.
There is no single deadline for all requirements.
