After registration the seller stays for two months. Decide whether occupation is paid or free and who bears responsibility for damage.
What to check
Set out keys, utility debts, remaining belongings and delay consequences. Under an appropriate agreement, part of the price may be retained until handover. Record meter readings and condition in the final handover document.
