The record should confirm when, by whom and in what condition the specified apartment was handed over. Include its cadastral code, keys, inventory, visible defects and unfinished work. A blanket “no complaints” statement may later complicate proof.

Practical example

The boiler and some doors do not work at handover. Recording defects and repair deadlines makes a potential dispute clearer.

What to check

Attach photographs and an inventory and record meters and allocation of debts. Distinguish acceptance from waiver of every hidden-defect claim. The record does not replace registration of ownership.
