Assemble the base
- current extract and charter;
- ownership structure;
- powers of the director;
- contracts and accounts;
- tax or financial confirmations;
- description of the origin of funds.
Explain the connection with Georgia
The bank can specify the address, clients, employees, counterparties and business purpose of the account. The answer must correspond to actual activity.
