Founding documents
To register a legal entity, a constituent agreement including a charter is required. Signatures and consents of persons with representative powers are drawn up in the applicable form. For a foreign participant, translation, apostille or legalization are checked separately.
Individual entrepreneur or LLC
An LLC is a separate legal entity suited to multiple partners, shareholdings and more complex contracts. An individual entrepreneur has a simpler structure, but the individual is liable for business obligations with their own property. Choose the legal form before applying.

Briefly about the procedure
Do I need to visit the Ministry of Justice?
No. Documents, signing, notarial acts, translations and registration procedures are coordinated at the YURFIRMA office. You do not need to travel to the Ministry of Justice or other government agencies.
Can a foreigner be a member of an LLC?
A structure with a foreign participant can be registered if there is an appropriate set of documents. The requirements depend on whether the participant is an individual or a foreign company.
Are tailored articles of association mandatory?
No. It is possible to use a standard charter, but where there are multiple participants or special governance rules, the individual text often requires separate evaluation.
How long does registration take?
The public registry publishes a standard deadline of one business day and service on the day of filing. Preparation of documents and translation are calculated separately.
Does registration include a bank account?
BUSINESS and PREMIUM / REMOTE include preparation of bank documents and support of the process. The final decision to open an account is made by the bank after its own verification.
