Short answer
Registration does not answer every inheritance question. Check your entitlement, timely acceptance, the certificate issued and later transactions. A missed deadline and an incorrectly issued certificate may require different remedies.
Practical example
An heir actually manages the apartment, but only their brother obtains a certificate. Acceptance evidence and the certificate’s basis must be examined first.
What to do
Obtain the certificate and current and historical property extracts. Gather relationship and acceptance evidence and assess the risk of disposal.
Points to consider
A verbal objection does not change the register. An agreement or appropriate court claim may be necessary.
