Family reunification is associated with a foreigner who already has a residence permit in Georgia. For a relative of a citizen of Georgia, a different basis may be used.
Confirm your relationship
Foreign certificates are checked for apostille or legalization and translation. Names, dates and transliteration must match those on the passports.
Basic kit
- passport and legal stay;
- Residence permit of the main family member;
- proof of relationship;
- income or eligible funds;
- photo, application and collection.
Don't put it off until the end of the term
The date of entry and the remainder of the legal stay are checked before ordering translations and certificates.
