Start with cadastral code

Map the object from the declaration to the registered object. The extract verifies the owner, description, area, purpose and recorded restrictions.

Look beyond the registry extract

  • the document on the basis of which the right arose;
  • the seller’s identity and authority;
  • mortgages, attachments, prohibitions and pending applications;
  • consents, representation and power of attorney;
  • debt and actual use - depending on the situation.

Read the contract before paying earnest money

The contract must accurately describe the object, price, currency, method of payment, transfer, registration of rights and consequences of violation. The seller's verbal promises are confirmed in writing.

New construction requires a different inspection

In addition to the object and the contract, the developer, land rights, permits, project, terms, conditions for changing the area and preliminary registration are assessed.
