Don't start with a new set

First, we read the individual administrative act and the materials on which the refusal is based. A new certificate will not help if the problem is related to another element of the foundation.

What we check

  • date of delivery of the decision;
  • stated and actual reasons for refusal;
  • initial filing documents;
  • length of stay and valid card;
  • changed circumstances;
  • acceptable method of protection.

Deadline for going to court

According to the current version of the Administrative Procedure Code, a dispute based on a decision of the Agency, adopted on the basis of the law on the legal status of foreigners, can be referred to the Tbilisi City Court within 10 calendar days after delivery of the act. The applicability of the norm is verified by your decision.

Resubmission

The law provides for restrictions on re-applying on the same grounds after refusal. It is necessary to separate the re-submission from the appeal and not lose the short procedural period.
