Identify the object from the registry
Check the cadastral code, owner, area and purpose. The land plot requires a separate category check.
Check seller and restrictions
- property rights;
- mortgage, seizure and prohibition;
- powers of the representative;
- title document;
- current registration statements.
Agree on the calculation
Price, currency, confirmation of payment, moment of transfer of money and refund in case of refusal of registration are fixed in writing.
Do not mix purchase and residence permit
The residence permit has separate requirements for the object, registered right and market valuation.
