Check the length of stay first
The applicant must be in Georgia legally. As a general rule, an application is submitted 40 calendar days before the end of legal stay, unless an exception applies to the reason.
The basis must be factual
A worker residence permit is associated with registered labor or entrepreneurial activity. One statement about a company or individual entrepreneur is not enough.
Basic kit
- application form and passport;
- legal residence document;
- labor immigrant registration code - when applicable;
- employment contract or business evidence;
- proof of income;
- certificate of turnover and number of foreign workers;
- photo and confirmation of payment of the fee.
The documents must match
Position, activity, income, turnover and factual circumstances are considered together. Conflicts between the contract, tax data and application must be resolved before submission.
